Hello,
hope you guys are doing fine.

I have two more questions:

1. Version Number in Export
We are providing software updates and if a new update arrives we will replace the old download with the new one, and then we will also update the version number in the download details.
I noticed when exporting the download history as an excel file, I dont see the version for each download.

For us this would be kind of important to see how manny downlaoads we got per version. Is it possible to include the version number in the download history excel file?

2. Providing multiple files per download
I would like to know if its possible to include the latest version of a download and also the previous version of the same in one package.
So whenever a user is going to download for example the lastest software version of a product, he also sees the last downloadable version in the download package.

Thank you and kind regards,
Nicolas

Hello,
Hope you are well.
1. In the exported file, there is a column for version. So you will get the version number specified in the download package there.
2. It is possible set version number in download package. You can add multiple files in that package and you can rename the file title with version numbers.
Here is an example
Thanks

Hello Tanvir,
thank you very much for your feedback.

I´ve checked the exported file again and currently I only see following columns:

Package ID, Package Name, User ID, User Name, User Email, Order ID, Date, Timestamp

I´ve used one of the examples provided in the Demo version.

Best regards

Hello,
Sorry to hear about the issue.
I have tested the issue in our local testing environment. Found that there is the version column in the exported file.
If you haven’t updated wpdm and all related addons of wpdm, please update those. Current version of wpdm is 6.1.0
I hope it will solve the issue.
If still the problem persists, please provide temporary admin access of your website in a private reply.
Thanks
