Hi,

Before sending you this message, I have been looking all around and have tried all I could do. I am already using download manager and had no issue. When creating a new package, the error is “Sorry, You don’t have permission to edit that file!” -+ although cache is 775 and download folders are 755 too.

Please advise. This is a quite urgent matter as the customer site needs to be upgraded today.

deactivate and reactivate the plugin , that will resolve the issue
