Some file types corrupted

.ZIP files, .docx, .doc files (so far) all upload fine, but when I try to download them the .zip file is not valid, and the .doc and .docx files both are encrypted or something; Word asks how to import content and gives a syntax incorrect error when opening the downloaded file.

I’m using free ver. 2.6.3 – its a great plugin aside from this, PDF and Excel work fantastic, and I was easily able to customize the styling to be exactly what i’m looking for…

http://www.cumberlandadvisorsolutions.com/advisor-resources/downloads/ is the URL, if you scroll to bottom to download ‘test’ you’ll see a corrupt word doc. when i download the file normally, works fine.

may you please give me a temporary wp-admin login info to check the issue in details, looks like something with server or conflict with other plugin.

please make process.php writable, looks like your server is not supporting some functions, I need to change those

Hey Shaon; I’m following up on this thread (Rich is busy for the weekend).

You posted “ok now.”… did you do something to fix the script? I just tried it and the file was still corrupted.

@jsisson, please let me know which one you are trying there and not working, I change a function in script and it worked in my test

The link titled “Household Questionnaire/Investor Profile Questionnaire and Investment Policy Statement” doesn’t work. If I download it manually off the server, it is fine, but if I download it through teh wordpress plugin it is corrupt.

Nevermind; I was able to figure it out and fix the code.
