I downloaded a version from your website, when I replaced it with the current one, all the downloads were gone, like none was visible. I had restored the site for the same reason. What do I do?

First of all, deactivate and then delete the older version.
After that reinstall and activate the newser version which should resolve the errors.

I have checked and it seems only one download file is present.
Have you used the PRO version before or was a completely free user?
Also, other users updated haven’t faced the issue.
Have you tried with the older version in case the downloads are getting back or not?

Yes with the older version, I could see all the downloads there.

I dont have the Pro version. I bought it some years back. On the reference link you have shared, I can’t see any download plugin button also.

I have updated the plugin to the latest free version(kept the old version as backup zip file in the plugin directory) and it seems all downloads are present. Here’s the reference screenshot.
However, your subscription is over that’s why the download plugin button is not present in the dashboard link I have shared before.
