Hi everyone,
we’ve got a problem with Download Manager, hope that someone could help us solving it!
Suddenly, apparently with no reasons, the shortcodes like [wpdm_package id='2483'] doesn’t work any more: on the website, it appears a code like 58935854c8422 , instead of rendering the shortcode.
Anyone has got a clue on how to fix it ?

Hi,
It looks like the custom template ID you are using there is somehow deleted. You need to select/use different link template.
