Our webpage only shows

[wpdm_archive_compact template=”616f194b91c2f” items_per_page=”80″ order_by=”post_title” order=”asc” login=0]

The pages shows that in the middle instead of showing the content it should.

Kindly try this one,
[wpdm_archive_compact template="616f194b91c2f" items_per_page="80" order_by="post_title" order="asc" login=0]

Is template="616f194b91c2f" your custom template name ?

Kindly check.

Hello,

I don’t see a difference in what we have currently and what you suggested, could you tell me what I need to update?

Yes, that is the Template ID for one of our Link Templates under Downloads > Templates.

I don’t know if this helps or not, but this was working with no change for a long time, the only that changed were updates to plugins, not sure if it was the update to Download Manager or we are thinking possibly, ACF?

Kindly follow these:

– Create a new page and re-apply the short-code to see if it works.
– Clear the cache
– Make sure both plugins are up-to-date
– Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Download Manager and Directory add-on, and see if it works or not.

Since everything is working fine from our side. We need to verify the setup of your website to ensure everything is configured correctly on your end.
That is why I am asking for wp-login credentials.

Hello,

I understand the need for the credentials, I am working on it. What level of access would you need?

Here is a new page, https://medinstitute.com/test

We re-installed the directory add-on – https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/ which now shows up in the plugins section of WordPress, I am guessing that is correct? That is how we had to install it by going to Plugins of WordPress and not by going to Settings > Updates of the download manager section?

It is now displaying better than before, but if you scroll down, all the images are way bigger than they are supposed to be and if you scroll all the way to the bottom, it moves to the right into smaller and smaller images. Before there were columns of the different documents. Also we had to re-install form lock. Is this normal?

Thanks

It seems there might be a conflict between a theme or plugin.

– Have you attempted deactivating all plugins except Download Manager and the Directory add-on to identify which one is causing the issue? You can use Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. It allows you to do a number of tests in a browser session, without affecting visitors to your live site.
– Please consider switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Two or Twenty Twenty-Three.
