Trying to decide if WPDM will work for us.
Currently the shortcode link in the Downloads Files section can be clicked. It then says “COPIED”. When I try to paste it, nothing is there.

I am not clear about your query. So,It will be very cooperative if you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this?
However, please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue and squash it immediately.

It does say it is copied, but then it won’t paste. I don’t see where you pasted it anywhere?

Nope- I still have the smae issue. The shortcode doesn’t even show in my downloads. I cleared the cache as requested.
Also, i got the shortcode from you video. It doesn’t show the name your price feature?

Shortcode supposes to show on a page, not in the Downloads section.
If you closely look at the video you will see that I have copied the shortcode from your site and pasted it on a page.
However, it will be very cooperative if you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this?
