Hi!
This used to work before, but stopped working after we had to change or WordPress installation to a subdirectory. Before, our root URL was “wiras.de”, now it is “wiras.de/verbundpartner/”.
Since this change, the shortcode for generating th download dirctory tree, is simply duplicating the first dir level when opened, and again, and again. The second level dirs are never shown.

The categories and download files were set up before the URL change, but after changing the WordPress setup, I ran “Better Search & Replace” on the database to correct all paths and include the new “/verbundpartner/” subdir. Was that wrong?
How can we fix this?

There might be a conflict between the plugins.
Kindly try deactivating all plugins except Download Manager and Extended Shortcodes, and switch the theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty-Five).
I have checked this on our setup, and the Tree View is working properly.
Thanks for your reply. It used to work fine until a week ago, using exactly the same plugins and theme, so a conflict is very unlikely.
It only stopped working after we have changed our WordPress root domain path from just domain to domain + subdirectory:
Before: https://www.wiras.de
Actual: https://www.wiras.de/verbundpartner
It seems that the script that generates the download files directory tree is now confused by the new subdirectory in the path. But where / how do we fix this?
