Shortcode causes error

I am using DM free 3.2.03, PDF stamper 2.0.5 and Button Templates 1.3.0. Since three days the shortcodes in the following style do not work anymore:
[wpdm_button_template id=”00000″ style=”blue” align=”left”]
They cause a critical error and the page stops loading from this point on.
What could be the cause? Thanks for the help.
