Hello,

First of all, great job on the plugin, its the best of its kind in the market!

Whenever there is a sale and a new license is generated, its status is set to ‘offline’. How can I make the default license status ‘online’?

It should be online by default, however, we shall check the issue and update the add-on.

Hi,
Actually, “offline” means user didn’t apply the license key yet, as soon as the user uses the key, you will go online automatically.

I did a few more tests. It seems once the license is created it will default to offline, remoted validation by the user will fail until the license is manually set to online from license manager. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Hi there, is there anything I could do to get around this? Changing a line of code in the plugin or sending a different type of query from my side to the license server? I’d appreciate help on this issue.
