Search function in Archives seach descriptions, tags and file names inside packs

I have gotten multiple complaints about the search function not showing results. Upon investigation and confirmation from a staff member here, the Search function in Archives only searches through titles which is not very robust when someone is using general terms. Having the tags be included should be at the very least included.
