Hello , i just install Download manager to my fresh WP and in backed when i saving setting under Premium package and payment tab its keep rolling without saving .. please kindly help me out : below is screenshot

It looks like your host/server is blocking the request. You may try adding the following to your site’s .htaccess file to get it to work:

SecFilterRemove 001868
</IfModule>Or, you also may contact hosting support.

Okay now, I rechecked the data submission again, found your server is blocking the request when it contains HTML data like <i+class=\"money-check-alt+mr-2\"></i>Complete+Payment. Now, I’ve replaced it with only the text part Complete Payment and it is working fine.

The issue is not related to WPDM. Your server is blocking the HTML data request. That’s why the saving button kept rolling. It’s working perfectly on other servers. So, if your server keeps blocking the HTML data then the error may appear again in the future update.
