Replacement of hard coded wp-login.php with wp_login_url()

Hi,
To enhance security on my site I have used the Loginizer Security plugin.
One of the recommended security settings is to change the default login name (away from wp-login.php)
This however then breaks some functionality of Download Manager Pro (and Premium Package) as the wp-login.php is hardcoded in at least 9 of its files.
It would be great if these used wp_login_url() function to get the path from wp.
