Renewed in October 25 but shows expired January 12

This happens since 7 years now! My license was renewed on 2025-10-29 but expired on January 12.
Order ID# 559cc4b8c954f.
Can you please fix this issue! It’s annoying and you do not respond to my emails to your support email address!
