Problems with file download- "File not found!"

Hi, I have used this plug in for quite some time and it worked with no problems. However recently the new files are not downloadable. When someone clicks on the “download now” it takes them to an empty page where it says “File not found!”. Files have been uploaded the same manner as before, paths seem the same, everything is the same. Any suggestions how to fix that? (Already deactivated and activated the plug-in). That problem pertains only to recently uploaded files, old ones look fine and download fine.

Hi,

I’ve got the same problem. Used DM for quiet a while and there where never any issues. But now i can’t download certain PDF files.
I’ve already changed the codes in process.php but that doesn’t fix the problem.

Could you help me please?
