Problem with video player in last update

Hello.
I have a problem with the video player in last update. Now, when I open a file (video) with the video player template and I push the play button on the video player, it takes a long time to play the video (2 or 3 minutes in best cases). Before update the plugin, the video started playing and loaded at the same time. And it also have another problem… when the video is already playing, I can’t use the scroll bar to advance or rewind the video. Is there a way to configure the video player to solve this?

It works fine with your video because it’s only 770kb, but the scroll bar doesn’t work. My videos are very large and take a long time to load. Before, they started up and loaded at the same time so that they could be seen immediately. I do not understand where the problem is but with the update it does not work correctly as before.
