We have a problem with the renewal issue; the package was renewed on July 9 of this year, 2026, and it’s now October and it still doesn’t show as renewed, but the charge was made quickly and the confirmation email was sent.
In the profile record, neither the purchase nor anything like that shows up.
Since we haven’t shown up with the renewal, I have no other way to contact you except through here.
