Hi,
I have a problem in my wordpress site with the Download manager plugin. When i go to admin dashboard –> downloads –> settings i can’t save the settings so i can’t customize the message and the user role permission for the file browser access.
I tryed to reinstall the plugin and I tryed to disable all plugin except wpdm but nothing.
What can i do?
Thank you
Marcello
So who can i contact for resolving the problem?

I am experiencing the exact same issue. And we both downloaded the plugin it seems around the same time. Have you possibly released a bad version?
Word for word same problem.
Ajax works for me with everything else (Ninja Form, CF7, etc).
I have blogging disabled as well as wp-oembeds etc. I am currently using Theme My Login to manage my front end users and contact form 7 to accept registration due to a series of requirements with Mailchimp, Registration, Google Spreadsheet Integration, & Referral tracking.
I do have wp-cache enabled in wp-config, and I was using a heartbeat plugin to modify the heartbeat of admin-ajax.php but even with it disabled I have the same problem.
I am deleting the plugin right now.
I m facing the same problem.
@mitchellstarc, please send temporary wp-admin in private reply to check the issue. It usually happens when there is a JS error in the settings page which might come from any of your plugins or active theme.
I am also having issues with the registration page being disabled
