I used to be able to delete attached files, but now when I click on a link, the delete button doesn’t appear. I just logged in via mobile and took a screenshot; the same problem occurs when logging in with a computer.

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please kindly let me know which version of free or Pro version of WPDM plugin you are using? I have checked from both free and Pro version. From both end it is working properly as expected. If possible, can you please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply to check the issue.

As you said, there was no problem; I just realized I hadn’t saved the contents when I tried to delete the file. If you don’t save the contents, you can’t delete the attached file.

After saving the package you can delete the attached files otherwise not saved package/file you can reload the package/file and start from begin. I hope you have understood. Please kindly check.
