Pro Version not appearing in plugins after download

I have paid for and downloaded the pro version but it is not visible in the ‘plugins’section of my wordpress site.

When I tried to downlaod it second time it says ‘plugin installation failed’

I can still see the free version but not the pro version so am unable to enter my liscence key?

Hi,

Please follow these steps to install the plugin,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the free version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download pro version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the pro version and activate the license key.
