I can’t login to the demo site nor am I getting a response from the chat bot. I figured I could ask my pre-sales questions here.
We can use custom taxonomies, correct? Or are we limited to categories and tags? (I think categories is technically a custom taxonomy, based on this support doc.)
If custom taxonomies are allowed, can we use them with the bulk import feature?
How does the plugin handle duplicates? My client will have about 1,000 documents they want to manage. When they have a new version of a document, they would like to be warned if the document already exists or not.
My client likes the filter option. Is there a way to use dropdown for categories and tags instead of checkbox fields like the demo shows?
