Post Installation Steps for DM Free

I’m new to WordPress. I thought I’d try DM Free to see if I could actually install a plugin and to see if DM could do what I was looking for. I’m confused at the Post Installation Steps. Either I don’t know how to get to the DM Settings page or it looks different in the free version than the page at http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docs/installing-wordpress-download-manager-pro/
