I hope you are doing well. The problem you’re facing is quite unusual and hasn’t been encountered before, which requires an in-depth investigation. Currently, we are unable to edit the plugin code due to restrictions on your server.

We will need your FTP information for further investigation.

Without FTP access, it’s challenging for us to identify the issue on your side, especially since the URL works perfectly in our testing environment. We need to make some code adjustments and monitor the live changes to pinpoint the problem effectively.
