Whenever my client click on make payment it says

Please help, I tried to activate and deactivate the plugin but error not solved. My clients are not able to make payments

In Incognito mode error still exits
Sometimes its not coming at my end but my client says that they are getting the same error.
But, It seems ok now on my device after I refresh the cache of the website.
It’s a JS error.
Can you purge the server cache too?
