Downloading to mobiles only works in Safari and not Chrome for us.
When selecting download the error message..
permission-denied.txt
is shown to valid users in Chrome on mobile.
It’s as if DM thinks the Chrome users are not authorised to access the file, when they are. Setting authorisation to ‘All Visitors’ does allow access to the file (expected) but as soon as we add other user groups to the permissions it reverts to this error.
We are having to display this as a bug message to our users and recommend they use Safari instead.
Is there a fix for this? Would consider upgrading to Pro if that was a fix.

There should be cache issue, if one browser works and another won’t. Please provide login in private to check.
