Please try new order and use Stripe.
We would like to pay with PayPayl, so we will wait for the issue to be resolved. Please inform when we can make the payment.
Issue is not actually with the integration. Your paypal account is not working probably becuase no credit card attached with the account, as it is a subscription payment.
