Hey guys, I have wordpress 5.0.3 and WPDM 2.8.1.

when I try to pay for product using paypal (live or test mode) I get a wordpress database error (picture attached).

When I try to register a new user, the register button gets stuck. Any setting I have to change? These functions were working before.

Deactivate the Premium Package and then reactivate it again. That should fix this issue.

Thank you that worked! I had done that with the extended short code add-on only which explains why it didn’t work. I tried with PP and it fixed both issues.

When I purhcase a product with a test user in paypal live mode I am able to pay in paypal and once finished, it routes me back to the correct page. In the purchases section for that user it says the order is still processing. If I try to pay for it again, I get this message in paypal:

“This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the merchant.”

Any thoughts on this?

Save both sandbox and live keys. After setting everything up try a new purchase.

I have done the setup and also added the sandbox and live keys. The order does not complete in the system and the customer cannot download the product. I’m reluctant to add any more products at this point. What do you suggest?
