Good morning we have installed this plugin and we have a problem with the passwords. When our users log in to our website you can access the download package without a password, however for the individual documents in the package you are asked for a password, how can we make it so that the individual files do not have a password only when you log in as a user?
Please note that when you do not log in to the website you have access to these documents and the package, but you do need a password.

First of all set access to loggend in roles.
then
To remove password Make sure that the tick icon is blue colored. It it is, just click on it.
Also make sure there is no password set in attached single files:
Hope in this way you will be able to set the downloads members only and without passwords.
