Package Access Menu not Changing and Action Hook

Hi, I would to report an issue in WPDM edit package, there is an option to change the access (All Visitors and Members), I have changed the value to members but the option still showing “All Visitors” as selected, the issue is appearing only at the presentation, as I checked the DB and the value is already changed.

Also I can’t find the action and filter hooks documented here: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docs/developer-reference/ is it only available to premium users?
