Hello, I have a website that I didn’t build (www.katzcapital.com) and the original developer set us up with the WDPM Custom Access Level plugin and it’s appears in the WP portal to be up-to-date however a URL is on one of the pages of our site using this plugin and I am not sure how to fix it. I have reached out to support by email but have had very little response and I don’t see a number to call.
I don’t have a login to the Download Manager portal because this plugin was added when the original site was built. The response I did recieve from support said I have an outdated version, but when I requested guidance on how to upgrade/update I recieved no response.
Can you tell me what we need to do in order to fix this? I’m fine with purchasing my own license (the original was with the first developer and that developer says they can’t help me.) but I don’t know how to safely update the plugins in WP without bringing my site/forms down.
