No shortcode visible in All Files

When I open ‘All Files’ in WP, the shortcode fields are all empty whereas they were once showing.

I’m working with the latest WP and changed to the most basic template already (Twenty Twenty One)

What’s left to do for me to get the shortcodes back?

The shortcode is visible on my end; please try clearing your cache or using a different browser in incognito mode.

I followed all the instructions given above, and yet my shortcodes dont show. Is there an option to share a screenshot of what I see on my end?
