When a new user registers, the email they receive takes the following form:
Subject line: “Welcome to”
Message Text: “/home/training/www/www/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/tpls/email-templates//wpdm-new-user.html”
I have checked that there is an email template existing at the above location but it does not send the appropriate text to the new user.

Please try downloading new plugin and install. May be some files are missing or installation is not done correctly. Or
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

same problem for me. I think the problem is related to the double backslash “wp-content/plugins/download-manager/tpls/email-templates//wpdm-new-user.html”
How can I fix the problem?
