Migration Error Related to Download Manager

Recently I had issues migrating my website as while the migration went through smoothly, the website won’t come up and displayed Error 500.

Finally this issue was traced to Download Manager –

[02-Apr-2018 23:29:28 UTC] PHP Warning: Illegal string offset ‘items_per_page’ in /home/…../public_html/wp-content/themes/rexus-child/download-manager/wpdm-all-downloads.php on line 7

On disabling the plugin (renaming) the site came up.

Kindly investigate this issue.

Hi,

Maybe you use custom template file in the theme folder for all downloads. Please send login to check the the issue. or removing the theme file /themes/rexus-child/download-manager/wpdm-all-downloads.php would solve the problem.

Hi,

sorry, did not notice the follow-up. You are using PHP Version: 7.2.1 which is causing the problem. We are working still with the plugin to make it compatible with the latest PHP version. For now, you can migrate to version 7.0. Hope this will solve the issue for now.
