Login hanging

Hello, I have been using this plugin for about a year without issue. Now my users are stating the login process just hangs at login screen after the user submits their login details. Please let me know how to resolve this. Thank you!

I was able to login successfully using the credentials provided above. Do you have any specific user credentials that encounter this issue repeatedly?
