I am using the download manager. I am using the Pro version on the site, but I need to get the account information from my client, so I ask my account in order to contact you quickly.
On our site, we apply the shortcut code of the download manager’s file to the accordion template to display the download page.
However, it takes about 30 to 40 seconds to load the page only on the page where the download manager’s shortcut code is applied. The other pages load quickly.
I removed the components with the download manager file shortcut code from the page editor and tested them.
Then the speed became very fast.
Maybe the short code of the download manager is a problem.
I wonder what methods will help to speed up.
