Is it possible to hide items that a user cant’t download?

Hi

I’m trying to evaluate this product to see if it would be suitable for our needs and if so proceed to purchase the pro version with a few addons.

So far I have hit a major stumbling block as I cannot find a way to show a user ONLY the files that user can download and hide the rest.

We are looking to have 3 tiers of files. Public files for everyone, members only files and individual files we can share with particular clients on a targeted one to one basis. Is this possible to achieve with your product? If so which product/combination of products and addons would I require?

You can show a file only to a specific user role/individual to whom you give access to that file.

For that, you need WPDM Pro and Advanced Access Control addon.

Thanks for the reply. So that would hide the entire reference to the file to people without download access ? or just the download button?

Also, does it have support for membership packages (i.e. pay monthly and download x amount of files) as well as ad-hoc purchases? or does it rely on an extension or third party to do so?

It will hide the entire file for the people who don’t have access to that specific file.
