I’ve downloaded and installed with no errors on latest wordpress.
However only “Basic” option is available in my settings page. Also unable to install any addons. Please help.

It is usual to see only the basic option in fresh wpdm v2.7 installation. You need to install add-on like any other regular plugin. Download it from here , then install it in your site.
