Import from a different downloads plugin

I am changing from another plugin to this one, Downloads Manager (free), and would like to import all of my existing downloads (there are many) so that I don’t have to recreate them…is there any way to do this?

I’m not a coder but am very good at adding code snippets provided by others to my Child Theme’s functions.php file and I’m also very comfortable working in my database using PhpMyAdmin, so even if it means doing a find&replace in my DB to relabel those downloads I can do that.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!
