Hi there,

Is there any way to import or set manually the download history of packages?

We are transitioning from another file management plugin to this one, and would like the download history from our previous plugin to be displayed in this wpdm for our clients. Is it possible to manually set the download history of packages? And if so, is it possible to do it in mass?

Thanks for contacting WPDM Support forum.

There is a way to import downloads in mass with wpdm pro:

Bulk Import

But we have no other import options.
Let us know for further assistance.

Thank you for the reply Tanvir.

It doesn’t look like this bulk import functionality allows you to manually set a download history.

We would like to manually update the file download history to match what existed with our previous plugin. We do not want them to lose the logs of what they have downloaded in the past.

Is there a way you can manually update a package/files download history?
