I cant upload files more than 15 mb

after downloading file on server i cant upoload file on my computer if it is more than 15 mb

download just does not start

what is the problem?

can not download already uploaded files that are greater than 15 MB

i found whats wrong – your plugin is conflicting with WP Super Cash

and… What next? this is the main plug-in on my website!
