As the title suggests, I had no issues with Download Manager until I upgraded the website with an SSL, since then I have the download links load the download page successfully but then they would randomly show a ‘Page Not Found’ error message.
The only fix (not really a fix) that I found so far is to keep checking the links! and when they’re down again I’d visit the Download Manager settings on my WordPress interface and just hit ‘save’, this’ll immediately solve the issue for a random number of days

Permanent fix please and thank you.

P.S. Files are stored under ‘Control Panel’ with the host, they are accessible otherwise
P.S.S. I’m unable to reproduce the error, it just happens
P.S.S.S. Losing customer’s trust, need urgent help

    Hi Rob,
If the problem still persist please private reply with more details of website url and any specific page as well as temporary login info.
    Thank you
