Please advise how to display all pdf downloads in list view on a single page am using Divi, thank you.

Hope you are well. You can attach PDF and use the page template Single Column with Doc Preview as I image attached,
And more better and extend, you can use PDF viewer add-on, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wordpress-pdf-viewer/
