How To Disable Pricing and Discounts?

I saw a note to enable the Pricing and Discounts option while I was creating a new ‘Download’. I enabled it. But turns out that I don’t really need it. It is causing so much clutter in the ‘Downloads’ overview section. How to disable it? I can’t seem to find the option to disable it anywhere. Please help!

You need to disabled the following plugin:
