How to Determine Current Versions Upgrade?

I inherited support responsibility for a site that uses Download Manager. I think it is the pro version, because of all of the related plugins installed. I have no records of who purchased this or when. I am struggling to figure out if everything is current, in order to proceed with a PHP upgrade. Can anyone help with if these are current versions and they are compatible with PHP 8.1?
