Thanks for contacting us.

In the first screenshot that is from Email Template. Can be found in Downloads > Templates > Email Templates menu
In ths second screenshot that is from link template. Details here.

You can find all from Downloads > Templates menu

Hello,

You can’t create email template for your own.
You can just modify/customize the existing email templates.
