I need open the downloads in new window, How can I solve it?

Sorry, no such option is available with free version. This is possible with pro version using the template builder, but only applicable for public downloads.
I just got the pro version and could not figure out how to do a PDF view instead of download. Is this possible?
Create a custom link/page template. You can clone an existing one and replace the [download_link] template tag with the following code.
<a herf="[download_url]" target="_blank">View</a>
In Downloads Settings Basic find and enable “Open in browser” option.
Now select this link/page template in package setting meta box.
How do that with tree shortcode:
[wpdm_tree download_link=1].
