History Not Working

Having this same issue. I just installed the plugin on my test site (free version) and added a file and downloaded a couple of time and nothing is showing in the history.

No update on this issue?

I have already tried that, deactivated all plugins. Changed theme and cleared cache.

I see your click in there but still not showing any of mine when I click on the file. What change did you do as I have another site that is using the latest version and its not working as well.

Yes, I see your click but don’t know why my clicks are not counting in the history? It will increase the download count but my information doesn’t show up in the history.

Any reason why this is not showing that I clicked on the download link?

Following up on this issue, it is still not tracking my clicks and need to figure out why this is. Since we are using this we cannot control what the users settings are but need an accurate count of whom is clicking the links. While it might work for you it is not working when I click on it nor other people I have try and click on the link. For example I just had 5 of my friends around the country click on that link and so far only 1 of those was tracked in the history.

Hello? Still having the same issue and NO it is not working correctly. In addition the sorting and filtering is not working correctly. I need this issue resolved.

Then how do you explain that out of 12 visitors that I had test that link that only 6 of them were tracked, or that it has never tracked even one of my clicks?

Not sure if your reply was intended for me or someone else. I’ve seen some testing from the same IP address, do you have an update on this issue?
