Help with Certain buttons

When you navigate to the products category and try to add a product to ur cart, it brings you to a “oops that page can’t be found screen” however it does add the product to the cart. Then when you go to the cart page and press “pay now” it says there is an error with the paypal setup. How do i fix these issues? Thank you!
