Unfortunately the forum “private messages” do not help the rest of us so you probably get a lot of duplicate posts here. What WAS the resolution?
I have the same issue.
Packages simply do not appear in the drop down and I have several on the site.
WPDM version 3.2.65
WPDM Gutenberg Blocks version 2.1.8
Wordpress 6.01
I disabled all other plugins but the issue persists. Can you help?
The only way to get downloads on my pages now is to use the a Shortcode block.

We need some additional information, like on which page you are using the WPDM Packages Gutenberg block.
Also, for debugging purposes, we need your permission to deactivate other plugins and may need to switch to the default theme temporarily.
