Hello,

I have Google Drive Explorer set up and have been using it for ages. I went to add a new download by clicking on the drive button Google Drive Picker I go through and select my Google account and accept the permissions, but at the point where the drive window should display, the background opacity changes Washed out background but the window doesn’t appear and it just seems to hang here.

Any advice appreciated.

This problem is related to the server.Reach out to the server team or the relevant personnel to investigate and address the issue

Hey thanks for you reply – just to clarify do you mean I need to contact my hosting company to resolve this issue? If so could you advise on the the best thing to say?

Yes, contact your hosting company. There might be a configuration or permission problem affecting the interaction between your WordPress site and Google Drive.
